Is there a minimum order I have to fulfill?
There is a 1 box minimum order required – for every order there is a flat rate $10 delivery fee. FREE FREIGHT WHEN YOU ORDER 2 OR MORE CARTONS!
What time are deliveries made?
Your delivery will arrive during business hours in Victoria and Sydney so please make sure someone is home to collect the delivery.
What happens if I’m not at home when a delivery is made?
For all Victorian deliveries your carton will be left at your front door unless you specify another location ie: your back door.
What happens if I miss the cut-off time for ordering? Can you accept late orders?
If you miss the cut-off time for a delivery day, your order will come through on the next scheduled delivery date. Fresh product is made up especially for orders, which is why there is a cut-off.
Do you use preservative in your products?
All of our cooked rolls are 100% preservative-free. Any of the fresh mince trays will contain minimal preservative to ensure shelf life.
Do you deliver to my area?
To check whether we deliver to your area, simply type in your postcode and our system will tell you the day of delivery.
